I am new member to this forum. I am planning to purchased a land in Kollathur Village, Singaperumal Koil. There is a small issue in the process. I am buying this plot from Ms. Annapurani, who is not married.
When they purchased the plot, the document reads Ms. Annapurani D/O Mr. Subbiah. But in patta it was mentioned as Ms. Annapurani W/O Mr. Subiah.
Whether this will have any impact in getting LOAN. Please advise whether I can proceed with the purchase of land. Can I get this corrected ? Please tell me the procedure.
