Typo on leave and license

A friend has found a typo on the leave and license agreement after registration - the flat number mentioned on the agreement is wrong everything else looks ok but flat number is wrong by one digit instead of 101 it says 103

Can this be corrected ? and what are step to be taken by my friend as an owner

When any bonafide mistake or error has crept in, the parties to the document executed can subsequently on finding that it is a mistake, or error, can always prepare a "rectification deed" so as to add, alter, or amend the mistake or error. It may be requiring a stamp paper of Rs. 100=00 and nothing more than that. So go on and get your leave and licence agreement error free.
