Hello,
I am planning to purchase NA plot from Mr X of 2000 Sq ft in Pune.
Mr X sale deed is with plot no 66B.
Their family friend Mr Y had purchased the neighbour plot of same area with no 66A.
Unfortunately or Mistakenly Mr Y had built two storey building on plot 66B instead of 66A with Bank loan.
I have to understand how should I go ahead in purchasing from Mr X now?
What are the options available? Do they need to do Correction Deed or Exchange Deed first before I can purchase.
What all things should I take care now?
The property tax is paid by Mr Y on wrongly built plot?
