Will draft: beneficiary & executors

Hello,

When drafting a WILL, is it correct to have the Beneficiary also listed as the Executor.

For example,
RAM is making his will,
beneficiaries are Laxman & Bharat.
Can Executors be Laxman, Bharat & Shatrughan ??

Pls advice.

Thank you.

Regards,
Sanjay

Normally an executor is appointed when the testator  feels that the beneficiary may find it difficult or may not be able to get the benefits of the will on his own.

If the beneficiary is capable of enjoying the benefits of the will on his own than an executor need not be appointed.
