Our advocates not received acknowledgements and they have not downloaded form indiapost website. Now we can’t any get information regarding postal department. Because they have sent notices in September & December 2014. May be my advocate 1st time filing company winding up petition. That’s why he is unaware and more than three moth over, still not able find any solution. Submit receipt issued by post office, AD if recieved,  and apply for POD thru RTI if required.

ask your counsel to take shelter under General clauses Act. He may find decided case laws which will help your case.
