About selling gifed land?

There is no bar is selling gifted land. However, it would be preferable to register the gift deed and also the sale deed by which you would be seeling the property.

We are of the view that if you have acquired the property through a gift deed, the same becomes your self acquired property and you are at liberty to sell the same to any third party

YES ,IF YOU HAVE GOT THE QUESTIONED PROPERTY THROUGH REGISTERED GIFT DEED THAN SAME WOULD BE YOUR SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY AND YOU HAVE GOT EVERY RIGHT TO TRANSFER, SALE, GIFT OR ALIENATE THE SAME TO ANY ONE AS PER YOUR WISH.
