Hacking is itself a crime.

I know that but I also made a defamatory statement which is also a crime so can he file any defamation case against me?

Defamation does not sustain if not made public or published. Moreover a true statement doesn't match defamation.

He can file suit, but taking cognizance of the case by the court matters most!

I did not make it public or publish so he can not case against me right?
