I have a filed a suit for justice in land dispute in Dec 2017 in Honorable of Junior Civil Court of Law, Kodad,Suryapet of Telangana state.
WS was filled by respondents in 2018. Now it is for issues.
My Advocate had forgotten the case details and not showing interest.
Can I write letter to Junior civil Judge to frame "issues" as early as possible by explaining my problem.
