Bank has not honoured consumer court verdict

Hi,

The district consumer court has passed a verdict in my favour saying that the Opposite Party(ICICI Bank) has to return my foreclosure fee along with interest and fine.

It has been two months but I have not received any cheque from ICICI bank nor have I received any intimations from the State Commission saying that ICICI BAnk has appealed against the case.

What should be the next course of action? (I have appeared for myself in the case).

You may file contempt petition before District Consumer Forum u/s 25 & 27 of Act against Bank and prey for attachment of opposite parties account and also prey for penal action against Banks officials.
