Page no : 2

It is always better to have irrefutable evidence beforehand.

Hi Radika Madam,

"My advise was not to file any time soon thereafter".

Please let me know how many months i should wait to file a divorce case? for safer side..

Thank you for your advice "Advocate Rohini Madam".

The below statement from your message is confusing:

"A legally wedded wife can claim husbands property whether self earned or ancestral or jointly purchased.  All your tricks to fool court will go in vain.  Even your cycle which you bought when you went to 10+2 will come under scanner".

If you check the advocates response to my queries (in the first page), they clearly stated the law/bill is not yet approved - where wife get husband property even if it is self-acquired one.

I met 10 lawyers, you are the only one saying I did wrong and will loose or followed odd procedure.

May i know the current law which support "legally wedded wife gets share in husbands self-earned property" during divorce?

If you are not in a hurry... Why not let her file? And in the meanwhile work on a case to justify transferring the flat to your sister's name.  Maybe an inability to pay EMIs?

Thank you Radhika madam. Yes, I am not in hurry.

Let her file divorce petition first.
