I am given to understand that there is a recent ruling by Honbl. supreme Court that Builders / Promotors cannot charge the buyers for the Car park be it Stilth or Open. Is it applicable only for state of Maharashtra or is it applicable for Pan India.
If it is applicable for PAN India, can the owners association file a suite and recover the amount from the promotors / Builders? pls clarify.
