Dear all
Could any one please let me know about land ceiling in Tamilnadu. I have purchesed 2000 sq.ft of plot in West tambram. The plot was not approved and was to sold to me like you can get by applying. Now we came to know that the land is under ceiling act. Please help how to get a patta and is any possiblity to release our land from ceiling?
