Clarifications required regarding Tenant's Rights

What's the notice period that can be given to tenant to vacate the house under Tamilnadu Buildings (Lease & Control) Act, in the absence of rental agreement?

Should tenant honour, rental increment during notice period?

Do law recognise Landlord's verbal notice?

Kindly advice me on above issues keeping tamilnadu rent control laws in consideration.

Thanks.

Give written notice with acknowledgement due to your tenent to vacate the premises.

first of all let us know on wat grounds u want your tenant vacated..? and oral notice is recognised but its very difficult to prove oral notice so written notice is best way to notify your tenant...post that notice via RPAD.
