Complaint againest builder

Dear All, Myself, Sreenivas, owner of One flat in Hyderabad. Builder has allaotted me coverd parking space (without driveway). Now Society has decided not to involve this matter because it has allocated by the builder as i am the only one suffering with coverd parking, Do we have any law which protect me to allow car parking space with driveway,Please advice.
