Complaint against residential association

I stay in a cooperative society and the registered association takes care of daily working. The clubhouse in the society is under litigation with the builder and he still owns it but in the last few months the association has been renting out places in the clubhouse and have handed it over to a school without a registered agreement. Can I raise a complaint against this to the registrar of society or the municipal cooperation ?

@ Shweta,

Cooperative Society is managed by its Managing Committee registered with Registrar Cooperative Societies of the State governed by State Cooperative Societies Act / Rules and Bye-Laws adopted by the socoety, which cannot be termed as an "association".

Consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts and professional advise.
