criminal negligence against a post graduate medical student

what is the role of a post graduate student working under a medical officer

is he responsible for criminal negligence

as he is a  student can crime branch charge him along medical officer

i would like to know whether in such cases all over india what was courts decision what was decision of imc in such cases

I think you have missing link in the query. Let me tell this, As a student of PG, you are not a Doctor authorised to act indepently. So this question may not arise. If there is pure negligence out of PG Course, then it is crime.
