Denied insurance

dear all

I visited 3 Govt. Insurance company  for my mobile insurance but all of them denied to do so.They said that " though there is provision for mobile insurance ,they generally donot entertain this as it is of high risky".

My concern is that if there is provision why my mobile wikll not be ensured. it is a Mobile of RS 30,000/-.

Kindly suggest  wheither i should approach consumer court or any other ercource available.

well you are still not a consumer so approaching Consumer Court will not serve your purpose.

further its not a case of untouchability where you could enforce your civil rights under Protection of Civil Rights Act, 1955

its better to approach the I R D A for an appropriate action.

look into the Insurance Laws as well...
