Digitally signed agreements

Are digitally signed agreements legally valid?

Which class of DSC is required to sign agreements.

Further, if one party signes physically and other signes digitally, what will be the status?

@vandana

All digital signatures are legally valid.

classI,class2,class3 are the 3 types of digital signature certificate (dsc). all ca/cs/icwa's  filing documents under mca21 shall require class 2 dsc.

one signing physically and the other signign digitally are valid.

compared to hand signatures- digital signatures are more secured and authentic and cannot be denied.
