Dear Sir/Madam
Can an agreed divorce settlement via mediation be set aside by the Family Court or High Court or Supreme Court in India? If so, what would be the ground/grounds? What would be the timeframe any application for set aside? Would be accept any application outside that frame work? If so, under what grounds?
