domestic violence

women filed domestic violence case in 2014 as pwdva and after 3 days again filed domestic violence case as criminal m.a. the act is same 12 , the both case no. are same , name are same. in 2015 pwdva case was disposed as reason of transferred but order was not download. can respondent husband get any kind of relief from above misguided to court by complainant?

Your query is not in clear words. 

However the case is already filed so now you have to appoint advocate and fight out the case.

women files twicely domestic case ...one as pwdva 80/ 2014 on filing date 12 March 2014 and second criminal m.a. 80 / 2014 on filing date 16 March 2014....bith case are on same name
