In Domestic Voilence Act 2005 can husband defend himself and if he defends himself successfully what will be the punishment to his wife if the charges are found false

If the husband gets acquitted, he can sue for damages for malicious prosecution.

this domestic voilence act totally favours the women is there act of same kind for men

This act is very barely and roughly drafted. In reply to your question this act as you know is named as " Protection of woman from domestic voilence Act, 2005" so their was nothong like punishment to the woman. But one thing i wants to ad in this is that but if u got discharged under domestic voilence act it definately will support your case in 498-A IPC and you can prosecute her in filling of frelous complaint under IPC.
