Friends,
Can anyone put me in correct position as to whether S.30(ii) of the T.N.Buildings (Lease & Rent Control) Act is in force as regards the Exemption of the said Act where a tenant pays a monthly rent of Rs.400/- and above for a residential building (whole or a part of it).
If the Exemption under s.30(ii) is still in force, then which Act or Code will have to be invoked for taking action Tenants or the Landlords?
