If director of revenue information has issued a summon u/s 108 of custom act related with any case though my name was not there. My question is should I go for ABP against the summon because I am in doubt for arrest.

The section is not for arrest. Any Gazetted Officer of customs shall have power to summon any person whose attendance he considers necessary either to give evidence or to produce a document or any other thing in any inquiry which such officer is making under this Act.
