I have recived letter from protection officer and I came to know that its regarding the DV (am sure my wife wants money and wants me back in India to spoil my career) and my wife has sent them to both my Indian and foreign address. as my brother has POA ,my lawyer is asking him to accept the leter and I am not sure if I should wait till I recive it here or there . I have already filed a RCR giving my foreign address. I would like to know from the knowledgeble laweys about what are the consequenses of accepting it in India as going foward as they know my brother has POA all summons on 498a and DP3 4 ( which are also filed ) would be served there insted of my forign address.
Pls pls advice as I dont want to take any missteps...
