Government job

6 six years back, I was involved in a fight along with 20-30 students againist hostel warden. He was injured and has informed police. Police spoke with our principle and settled the issue by comprise with the warden. Police has counselled the students.
They did not even ask our names and did not even ask us to write any names or signatures or any letter. Neither punishment nor fine was imposed.

The police person has only counselled the students not to repeat such things again.

Will it be in police records and will this affect the govt job during police verification

Hello sir,

Judging by the facts given by you the incident must not be registered by the police. Police usually doesn't just lodge the FIR, especially in the cases where students or children are involved, is not a serious offence and compromise is an option. And since the matter was resolved through compromise, there must not be any police records involved. This won't be problem but if you still have doubts you can confirm it by talking to your principle or in the concerned Police station.

I hope it will help

Thank you

The case is stated to have been compromised where no FIR was registered.

No. It will not be in Police records. When no e of you even disclosed your names, where is the possibility?

The facts posted do not suggest any impediment in being considered for public employment.
