My dad's step sister had gifted her land in 1995 through hibanama to my mom. She had mentioned clearly in the hibanama that my mom has complete ownership of the land and can do anything with it. My mom also paid her some money and she has the money receipt of the same We have been accupying the land and using it for our personal use since 1995. My mother sold the land. In our absense, she has forcefully occupied the land and has also got FIR reported on the name of the person who has baught the land.
Please advice how can we get the land back.
