I had interview at US Consulate in Chennai on 29 November 2012 at 8:30 AM,
Visa office at counter number 18 said your visa is approved but due to some of application problem ( I don’t remember whether its problem with my application or his) you will get your I129 with passport by next week.
I received my Passport with L1 Visa stamped for three years but didn’t receive I129.
How should I get the same and where should I contact? How long it take and what are the difficulties?
I appreciate your expert advice as I cant fly to US until I have I129 and that’s delaying my project.
