Icici bank home laon

sir

can any one provide cases against floating intt rate in icici bank home loan. i am being charged @16.5%+od intt +cheque bouncing charges 225 per cheque. i am unable to understand that i am financed by bank or by a dacoit.

pl provide some cases. it is strange on legal authority to vigil on malpractice of bank.

Dear Mr.Parshuram,

At least you had the inclination to question - there are several lakhs of others who dumbly pay up whatever is asked by the bank (wrongly maintaining a huge trust on the bank).

With regard to your query, any Bank or FI can charge interest or any other charges as per RBI guidelines only. Usually when you send a representation asking for details -they will become mum.

thanks . i want to case no /case citations regarding fixed intt rate vs flaoting intt rate case. it is strange that bank have no upper ceiling in intt rate, charges etc.
