Is bank housingloan avail for a property under grahmakantam?

Hi all,

I have a house at machilipatnam,Krishna dist. Its an ancestral house but it comes under Gramakantam, We want to rebuild that house by applying  some bank home loan but heard it would be a very difficult process. Somebody are telling even if we apply bank loan further they will have to do Thanaka Registration then the gramakantam issue arises and ultimately bank will reject the proposal.-Is it true?

Even we have the Link documents of my house from 1940's, Could anyone please advise/suggest on which process i need to follow to get a bank housing loan?

Sir,

Surely you must be having an account with some bank or other. Please go to your bank, show the documents to them and seek the loan facility required by you.  They will come out and tell you whether the documents shall be OK for them to give a loan on them.

We cannot give any opinion with scant details in a forum like this.
