Pls. help me in the following matter:
Our company is an LLP. My Question is:
1. Whether the company registered itself under Bombay Shops & Establishments Act,1948?
2. Our company decides to encash the PL/CL(i.e. 21 days leaves) & bonus of employees on monthly basis instead of yearly basis. Is ir fair on account of company?
3. Is The Bombay Shops & Establishments Act,1948 is applicable to our company?(I have referred the Act, but I could not found any specific provision in this regard.)
