Legal notice

Should a Legal Notice sent by an advocate on behalf of her client be signed by the client? Also the first notice (by mail) and second notice (by registered post) was sent by two different advocates and the husband and wife have not seen each other for 1 month due to the intervention of the wife's parents. Can the husband take this notice as valid since he does not know what condition his wife is in?

1. If you are having concern for "what condition of wife she is in" then even without legal notice a husband is expected to go / find / seek "wife’s condition"

Why wait for Legal Notice be it sent by 2 or more advocates.

When any case comes to the floor of court then you may come to know who among the two advocates who sent legal notice are actually having your wife as his client.

2. Both are valid notices till you donot know who has signed vakalatnama and who has given NOC to other and at legal Notice stage it is difficult to guess by date of notice. You may reply to both.
