Legality of documents signed on public holidays

Dear Sir,

I need clarification that if the loan documents obtained by the Bankers on Public Holiday/Sunday is having legal

validity to be enforceable in courts.

It depends upon individual document.

However, any document properly executed (on any day) can be used in evidence provided other party do not object.

There is no stipulation in any act that a transaction should not take place on a particular day.

The documents executed are enforceable on several other grounds like bonafide, validity of such transaction, facts etc.

The loan documents are perfectly valid and can not be said unenforceable on the reason that the were executed on Sunday or on other holiday.
