Hi,
I am looking to understand the loan agreement procedure, more specifically,
in this covid times, does it needs both lender and borrower to go to court or to a notary office for getting the loan agreement made ?
Or is there a way to get this signed at home in front of a witness or make the agreement online? The parties are senior citizens and hence wants to avoid having to go to court.
Kindly suggest.
