Topic - Service Agreement executed by a Son and Parents sue the Company for service deficiency.
My question relating to Locus Standi of the parents who filed the complaint on behalf of their son without production of authorisation letter or the other and sued a company for service deficiency.
Note : (Parents are not signatory of the Agreement or subsequently obtained authorisation).
