H got the decree of nullity of marriage against W on the ground that marriage was performed under fraud. The facts are that the W was blind, but this fact was not disclosed by W.
Q. Now after nullity of marriage, whether W can seek maintainence from H?

you know, that nullity of marriage means no marriage in the eyes of law. having said so, i say that in a very few cases, i have seen that maintenance is awarded to wife.
