Maintanance and std

Understand  that if divorce petition is made along with evidence of woman contracting STD,but not from husband then maintnance can be denied. I realise that the matter is stated  simplistically, but would like to know if there are any judgement linking the two.  The query is in context of false (template) cases filed filed by th wife under 498a and DV as a counterblast to husband's  DP after a gap of 3 and 6 months respecively. The couple is childless and have been married for  10 years.

Sorry. I will rephrase

A husband filed for divorce after his wife was diagnosed for a s*xually transmitted disease (STD) and she refused to accept the finding or take confirmatory tests. As a counterblast she filed false FIR and case under DV. The three cases are proceeding simultaneously in separate courts in different towns and nowhere have they been able to submit any evidence whatsoever, but have sought for maintenance. In this situation, any judgment linking denial of maintenance and STD could help the husband’s position.
