Maintenance

Hi.

I am been married for two year. we had a frequent qurrael on petty issue since my wife wants to stay away from my parents. On 24th March she had left home and filled a compliant against me in mahila cell. we have a daughter of 11 months out of our wedlock. She is a MPth ( Master in physiotherapy) and used to work in past.. Currently she is unemployed but was willing to work while she was in mumbai with me. She has even got a job offer from one of the hospital. I work in MNC with monthly salary of 80K. My father and mother is dependent on me and i am serving a monthly installment of 25K and monthly rental of mumbai home of 15K.

I do not want to take divorce since i know that the main reason for our trouble marriage is her family member

My question is how much alimony need to be paid in my case along with child support and on what grounds alimony will be decided. Similarly how long i have to pay alimony to my wife. If she chooses not to work even then she will be entitled to get alimony.

the court decided that alimoney either permanant or monthly basis, then you can provide your wife and child, until your wife get the job, and you must give maintance to your kids, until she is married.

The amount of alimony pen-de-lite (interim) to be dicided by the Court ,quantum of almony would be one-third of your income ,if it is to prove by your wife and it have to pay till your wife got an employment or further marrige.
