Mistake in attestation form provided by employer

I am selected for a central govt job, they provided me attestation form which I have to fill and submit to them and then they provide me job after police verification is complete.

after 2 month of filling and sending the form I tody noticed that I made a mistake there.

and in the assestation form it was written that suppression of any factual information will lead to termination.

what should I do now?

will my job be terminated?;(:(

Informe the department concerned about the mistake made. It may be of no consequences at all. The police verification is independent of the information provided by you.
