I have selected through SSC and joined central govt department on 29.10.2012 on the then GP 2800 after that in the same department got selected through UPSC and joined on 16.04.2019.
I have availed lien to the previous post. Now 10 years is yet to complete and I have technical resigned from the previous post. Am I eligible for MACP because In guideline its written There shall be three financial upgradations under the MACPS, counted from the direct entry grade on completion of 10, 20 and 30 years services, respectively, or 10 years of
continuous service in the same Level in Pay Matrix, whichever is earlier.
