Sir / Madam i got a business loan of 30 lakhs from one private bank in 2009 , later the business was loss and i am unable to clear the loan .. for two years bank agents harrassed me to pay the loan amt ., it is un secured loan, really i dont have any properties or any bank balances with me . i try some other way to settle with low amt for one lakh with the help of one agent , that guy charged 50thousand for process then abscanded .now years passed , is there any way to settle or close my case .. really still my financial condition was very bad .. plz give me any better solution for me .
