Dear Rajeev Sir,

It is in actual case.My friend had given the statement to police that he did not stayed any time more than 1.0 hr at my house.

But,same FIR had been submitted by her in My DV case.

On,the base of FIR court had summuned to my friend.Summons not accepted by my friend yet.

Can he go for High Court for other process?Please,suggest...

Dear Shonee Sir,

I agree with your comment. But,suggest me what is to be done in this matter.

My friend had not accepted the summons yet.Because as per DV law he was not in our domestic relationship.

Please suggest your best suggestion because your suggestions are most important for me and other forum members....

Well he should file his objections so that his name can be taken off.
