Need Information & Advice

 

Can husband get divorce if wife don't wanna give him divorse in act 1954? , Please give suggestion.

Either contest it for many yrs.

OR

 Urge her for a mutual divorce.

OR

Live happily with her everafter.

First specify why husband wants divorce from her wife?

                                                                      Second, specify the act as you said  act 1954? 

Read section 13 of hindu marriage act 1955

                                                                                                 You will get your answer.
