Sir, I had affair with girl since she was having affair(s*x) with many of my friends and unknown. She got pregnant and then i avoided her since I was not the only one had relationship with her and so i cant be responsible. when she was pregnant by 4 monthsand i married another girl by christian act and registered in government. The girl went and filed a case in police station saying i cheated her. When i went to police to explain that she is bad. she snd thier family forcibly took to a church and made me tie knot to her. No record was signed in church or in goverment registration. After two days i escaped from them and ran away. After three months,she and her family filed dowry case saying lie as, their family performed marriage along with my family members by wish and also me and she stayed together for last three months and then i ran away from her last two days back becoz of my family members compulsion. My mom and bro was arrested and put in jail and got bail after five days. Me and my dad escpaed the our house before arrest. Case started in court and we proved no marriage and no documents and also fighting now that i am not responsible for her illegitimate child. Meanwhile due to so many torture from that faily to my wife, my wife got mutual divorce from me after two years. i am alone now. still the maintenance case of this bad girl not over. Four years now, only she was interogated and she admitted all false mariage, false about staying together and accepted she did not give dowry but still the evidence not examined. The case is pending and pending i do not know how to speed up ans complete by 3 months. Meanwhile she filed a case for DNA test wrongly complaning that i am the father of that child and she is ready for test. otherwise give 10 lacs compensation and i am worth for it. I am confused how to stop the DNA case since she is illegal and illegitimate child. Please advice how to come out safe and fast.
