Is registered seller bound to submit listed price to Excise

Goods have been taken from AP State to WB State Godown on a> regular basis.> Now while selling the goods from Godown locally , price has> been increased. At what price we will sell and its consequent impact of excise duty + cess.> Can we charge higher ruling price but stick to old excise

Buyer is providing blank Form C and telling us to fill in .

> Is it legally

> permitted?

As per Rule 5 of the Central Excise Rules 2002 the date of ditermination of the rate of the duty is the day on which the goods are removed from the factory and the rate of duty shall be the rate or value enforced on that day.
