Dear Sir/Madam,

If the lanlord is a partner of a patnership firm with other two partner, and One partner passes away and as per ur statement patnership firm is cancel, on that case other partner will pay rent, or who is running the business, that will pay rent after the patnership firm cancel and before the partnership firm cancel, all the partner will pay rent jointly as per their share, if firm is in loss if firm in profit on that case rent will be paid from his account.

LANDLORD IS PARTNERSHIP FIRM. rent recipt in partnership firm, SO ISSUE RENT RECEIPTIN PATERNSHIO FIRM.

THEN AS PER PARTNERSHIP DEED  PROVISIONS , TO ADD PARTNERS IN ACCOUNTS AND in land records.that's all.

May be as per the Terms of the Partnership Deed the Firm with legal heirs  of deceased partners  can  be continued , with effect from the date of death of one Partner .

The dissolution of Partnership is not connected to the Tenant or rents , The Firm may be continiued with the Lrs  of the deceased partner . The Tenant has to pay the rents to the other partner .The  tenant should not become defaulter
