Patnership deep

Dear All, I have a registered partnership deed with by other partners, we are only three partners. One of my partner has signed a JV business agreement without consulting the other two partners. My question is

1. Is the JV business agreement valid also if only one of the partners has signed and the others two havent.

2. Is it mandatory for all the all three partners sign. If yes than can it be challenged.

3. Is it mandatory for the one partner to disclose the name and % of the other two partner.

3. What are the liabilites/loss arises for the JV business deal.

Your quidance would be appericated. Thanks

Every partner has a right to take part in the conduct of the business.Any diffeence arising as to ordinary matters connected with the business may be decided by a majority of the partners and every partner shall have the right to express his opinion before the matter is decided, but no change may be made in the nature of the business without of all partners.
