Dear Friends,
My wife is currently employed; she has filed 498A/406 from the State of Haryana and Crpc 125 from Himachal Pradesh.
I have two minor daughters; neither she is interested to keep or meet them nor she has filed any child custody case.
I am a service class man with a decent salary.
Can my both the minor daughters file maintenance case against her through me ?
Or can I file maintenance for both the minor child against her ?
If so, please can someone guide and share a sample petition format of maintenance from mother.
