Pls Guide me

Hi,

 This is Siva. Age:34 Years .Qualification:MCA and doing good job in IT Sector.I am very much intrested doing LLB and Joined this year.
I have 0% knowledge on job oportunities in this sector.Could some one pls give me the details of Govt/Private job opportunities in this Field.Specifically qualification and procedure to become Public Prosecutor / Civil Judge.

Hello,

Its great that you have decided to go for LL.B.As per your question, You first need to find a proper law college, a private recognized law college is always good, as they provide with internship and corporate jobs. After completion you have to register with the State Bar Council or the High Court.  You can start practicing with a Senior Advocate while studying, which will add with your internship too. Then you have to practice for 7 year for being a public prosecutor by giving an examination but you can always practice as an Advocate after you get your license from the bar council.
