need to suggestion and lawyer in Bangalore to file a case against a Builder.
Have booked a property in East Bangalore during July 2019 suppose to be Handover on August 2020 per RERA registration. however, due to COVid situation, KRERA giving keep on
extension for property which all are not completed due to COVid. they are favouring only builders not buyers. Surprisingly, builder sent an email notification to all buyer we revised the cost which is neatly 15% of the total host and more over , he initially made some six month delay to provide necessary documents to bank due to this bank loan taken time. now builder is asking 18% interest from buyers. he changed the sq feet of SBA. I don't have any hope with RERA. would like to go with consumer law bcz am suffered mentally alot. still the property is not handed over and no handover commited by builder yet.
