Property document

I have flat in thane which was my mother's name. After her death all my brothers & sisters given noc for transfer share certificate on my name. my flat is in a society. I have my share certificate on which society addition member on it. Also mseb bill also have my name. I have paid shares of flat to my brothers & sisters & did one affidavit of the same of my brothers & sisters. So i want to ask is it enough for legal documents, or i need to some other agreement for sale or release deed between my brothers & sisters.

 

please give me advice..........

YOU NEED RELINQUISHMENT DEED FROM ALL OTHER BROTHERS AND SISTERS TO HAVE A VALID AND PERFECT TITLE OF THE FLAT IN QUESTION. IT IS IMMATERIAL WHETHER YOU HOLD THE SHARE CERTIFICATE OR NOT.
